How do I sign up for a course?

Register on ZoLearn with your valid email and then register for the course of your choice.

What if I have technical trouble with registration, login, or course access?

Please write to support@zolearn.com for any issues and queries. We will try to resolve it at the earliest.

What does it cost to take a course?

The fee will vary from course to course.

What happens after I sign up?

You will receive a registration confirmation email from ZoLearn.

Are the courses only offered in English?

All the courses are offered in English.

When will there be more courses?

We will gradually increase the number of courses. Any instructor who is interested to offer a course through this platform can contact us.

When does my course start and/or finish?

You can find the duration of each course on the course description page.

Is a course demo available?

We do not have a demo session now. A demo video will be available soon.

What happens if I have to quit a course? Will I be able to take the same or another course in the future?

You may quit from a course at anytime. There are no fines for withdrawing from a course. However, the money paid towards registration of the course will not be refunded.

How much work will I have to do to pass my course?

The amount of time that you need to spend is mentioned on the course description page.

What should I do before I take a course (prerequisites)?

Prerequisites vary from course to course. The course description page specifies the prerequisites.

What books should I read?

The material that has to be used will be specified on the course description page. For any other clarification, you can communicate with the instructor by posting a query on the discussion forum.

Can I take more than one course at a time?

You may take several courses. However, you need to enroll separately for different courses.

How do I log in to take a course?

Once you receive a registration confirmation mail from ZoLearn, click on the Login button on the home page. Enter your registered email and password and you will be redirected to your personal dashboard.

What time is the class?

Class timings vary from course to course. The clock provided on the course inner page will help you keep a track of the class timings.

If I miss a few classes, how does this affect my performance?

You can review the classes that you have missed. However, assignments submitted post their date of submission will not be accepted.

How can I meet/find other students?

You can get in touch with other students through the discussion forum.

How can I talk to professors and teaching assistants?

You can post your queries on the discussion forum and they will respond to them.

Can I re-take a course?

You may re-take any course that is available.

Is there an exam at the end?

The assessment pattern is entirely dependent on the course instructor. Hence, it may vary from course to course.

Will the same courses be offered again in the future?

Offering courses will depend on the availability of the instructor.

Enrollment for a course that I am interested in is open, but the course has already started. Can I still enroll?

Yes, you can enroll but you will not be able to submit any assignments post their due dates.
